Load Check indicator

STF Load Check indicator 100 pcs. per box, is designed for use in every cycle.

The STF Load Check indicator from Browne is printed with a strong red soil/dirt shape that is safe to handle, easy to see, and therefore easy to interpret. The STF Load Check holder’s mesh mimics shadowing surfaces. Box joints and other occluded surfaces have always been a challenge for washer-disinfectors, as each surface is shadowed by the others.

These areas are difficult to clean and are completely dependent on the machine's ability to force water and detergent onto and down these surfaces. The STF Load Check holder from Browne and the mesh that occludes the surface of the indicator present a challenge, being subjected to the same mechanical and chemical action. Place an STFLoad Check indicator in the holder and place the unit (indicator and holder) in each tray or basket, if applicable.

Once a complete process is completed, the STF Load Check indicator is removed from the holder and examined for evidence of soil/dirt residue. Complete removal of the dried 'soil test' pattern from the plastic material provides a qualitative assessment of the washer-disinfector's cleaning ability.
